Our Story
Mama Mia Dessert Bar is a new dessert shop set to open in Rye Brook, Located in the Rye Ridge Shopping Center, the shop will be the first in Westchester County to offer the popular Japanese taiyaki – a fish-shaped pastry filled with sweet custard or red bean paste. Mama Mia Dessert Bar promises to bring a unique and delicious Japanese-inspired treat to the Rye Brook community.

This is such a great dessert place, Donuts are very tasty, and look beautiful, freshly made too. The ice cream/ gelato was also very good, I tried the Peanut butter, and they let me sample the dragon fruit, Ill be back for the dragon fruit. My friend got a Korean Hot dog, I unfortunately didn’t get to try it but she said it was good. Restaurant was very very clean, Staff was very friendly, and knowledgeable.
Came here with my family and was able to sample a lot of their offerings. The staff were all friendly. We tried several flavors of their gelato- all were good but pistachio was my favorite. Their guava fresh tea was also pretty good. I can’t wait to try their corn dogs next time.
Such a cute spot, so glad we can enjoy taiyaki ice cream close to home! I took my kids the other day for corn dogs and ice cream and they LOVED it! Service was great, too. I really don’t understand the bad reviews, TBH. We’ll definitely be back!
Wish I took some photos before eating it all. One bite and I was hooked!! The mochi donuts are absolutely AMAZING! I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to satisfy their sweet tooth! Happy to have this in the area.
